The Benefits:

What does it cover?

To get you started we’ll help you set up your System and provide you with a System Administrator access code. You can then set up as many users as your User License allows. You can set an authority level against each user to define whether they have "read only" or full "editing" rights. You allocate each user a unique user name password to ensure your data is kept secure.

The 3 steps cover:

Once you have created a document, you have the choice of saving to draft or publishing it on the system. Drafts can be edited and published when authorised. Any previously published version is automatically archived, thus providing a complete and secure audit trail. Users without administration rights only ever see the published documents, not the drafts, archives or other sensitive data.

The System has a comprehensive "HELP" menu. If you also need specific health & safety assistance we can provide experienced health & safety consultants to help you complete the necessary documentation.

Environet can assist with an Initial Review, to evaluate the suitability and effectiveness of existing planned arrangements, risk assessments, procedures etc., and help you to reduce the risk of one or more of your employees or visitors being involved in a serious health & safety incident.

Have you considered the risks associated with the following hazards:

....... plus many others.

If not, you are possibly in breach of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, which requires you to assess the risks and to eliminate them where practicable. Where risks remain, you should introduce suitable control measures to reduce the likelihood of harm being caused.
