Asbestos Management Capability

Our strength stems from our considerable experience in the provision of the following services to a wide spectrum of clients:

All of our senior asbestos personnel hold the minimum qualifications BIOH S301 (written) and/or (oral). All building surveyors hold a minimum of a P402 qualification for asbestos surveying and bulk sampling in accordance with the requirements of MDHS100. Environet utilises a network of UKAS accredited laboratories to undertake our sample analysis for asbestos containing materials. Analysis results can be obtained from the laboratory immediately following receipt of the samples.

Asbestos Survey Report Format

Data obtained from the survey and subsequent sample analysis data is collated into a final written report. A material risk analysis (based on guidelines set out in MDHS 100) is carried out for each positive sample location from around the site and recommendations for any necessary remedial actions are provided. The final report includes photographic evidence of each sample location and annotated plans. The report also includes a register for asbestos containing materials.
